Dr. Winfred J. Smith, Ph.D (retired) peacefully transitioned to his eternal home on Monday February 22, 2021.

He was a beloved husband, father, brother, uncle and friend. Many who knew him described him as wonderful and amazing.

He is survived by: daughters, Aletha (Ernesto) Alvera and Lara Ruth Smith; siblings, Dorothy Nye, Mary Ntia, and Lyal (Sylvia) Smith; nieces and nephew, Nancy Spasic, Jeffery (Nancy) Nye, Kimberly (Ernesto) Reyes, Jennifer (Randy) Bennett, and their children.

A private service will be held with immediate family only.
