Willie Frederick Risper was born April 21, 1965 in Lansing, Michigan to the late Lamond Sr. and Deloris Stokes Risper.

Willie attended the Beekman Center School and Transitions North School.  Willie was a sweet, gentle, young man with an infectious laugh.  You could hear him all over the house.  Willie loved music and he loved to dance.  He would take on all corners and always win the spur of the moment dance-off contests.  You were not allowed to be sad around him.  If you were having a bad day, he would get in your face and you would soon be smiling.

Willie departed this life at home with his family around him on a bright, sunny, Sunday afternoon, May 22, 2016.  Willie was preceded in death by: his parents, Lamond Sr. and Deloris Stokes Risper; brother, Jody C. Risper; and brother-in-law, Willie L. Bibbs.

Willie leaves to cherish his memory: four brothers, McArthur (Sumruay) Admans, Laymon Jr., Robert Lewis, and Frank (Rina) Risper; three sisters, Thelma Risper Bibbs, Velma Raye (Greg) Whitehead and Essie Mae (Robin) Moore; beloved aunts, Peggy Stokes, Dannie Mae Stokes and Laura Love.
