Timothy (Tim) Merryman was born in Pikeville, Kentucky on July 14, 1958, to Roy Merryman and Mary Peak.

He graduated high school and went on to attend several courses online related to Computer Technology; however, he never received a degree Computer Technology. He worked most of his life, as a Maintenance Technician at several Hotels in the Lansing Area; including, the Ramada Inn and East Lansing Inn both in East Lansing Michigan. His main hobby was working with computers and wound up causing him to serve several years on probation for "accidentally" hacking some government sites. In 1981, he was married to Julie (Fulkerson) Merryman.

Timothy "Tim" Merryman died at the age of 58 on February 17, 2016. He died at Sparrow hospital due to complications with his heart.

Tim was preceded in death by; his daughter, Ryan Merryman, his brother, Thomas Peak, his previous wife, Sue Merryman and both of his Parents.

Tim is survived by: his wife, Julie Merryman; his children, Jason, Timothy and Richard Merryman; several siblings, Andrew Peak, Fred Peak, Naiomi Weathers and Darlene Peak; and a host of special grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Mr. Timothy Merryman will lie in repose Sunday, February 21th, 11am-2pm at Riley Funeral Home, 426 W.
