Terry was born January 9, 1947 to Leon and Barbara Millard in Lansing, MI. Terry graduated from Sexton High School in 1966, then went to serve in the Army. Terry worked as a plumber and eventually took over the family company, Ray Cook Plumbing and Heating.

Thru the years, Terry met the love of his life, Kay Millard, and in their union had two children, Michael (Leslie) Millard [grandchildren, Logan and Olivia Millard] and Sherry Millard. Terry enjoyed his time outdoors and was an avid hunter. Terry was also a sports enthusiast, especially watching his grandchildren's.

It is with great sadness, we announce that Terry Lee Millard, a beloved father and loving grandfather, passed away August 11, 2018 shortly after finding out he had Cancer.

Terry was proceeded in death by: his wife, Kay Millard; his parents, Leon and Barbara Millard; father and mother-in-law, David and Elzada Ellis; brother-in-law, David Ellis; and sister-n-law, Jane Conaty.
