Terrozza Tyree "T. Griff" Griffin, II was born April 10,1991 to Tiffany and Terrozza Griffin in Lansing, Michigan. He attended the Lansing School district and graduated in 2009. Tyree enjoyed basketball, football, cooking, and writing. He was also nicknamed "Mr. Fix It" because he had the ability to fix computers, televisions and anything broken. Tyree loved children and always had a house full of them acting as an Uncle to many. He loved his three sons more than anything and enjoyed the priceless moments with them.
Tyree was preceeded in death by his uncle, Jerry Patterson, daughter Ayana Griffin, cousins Marcus and Jae'dnn Basey.
Tyree departed this life on December 24, 2015. He leaves behind to cherrish his memory: his sons, Anthony, Terrozza Jr., and Kyrese Griffin; mother, Tiffany Griffin; brothers, Jalen Jackson-Wade and William (Ashleigh) Walker; grandparents, Eddie (Iona Jackson), James (Mary) Griffin, father, Terrozza Griffin; aunts and uncles, Katrina (Marcus) Basey, Eric (Trina) Jackson, Dimeca (Darnell) Hawkins, Laurie (Eddie) Coburn, Michael Harrison, Marlon Alston, Terrell Griffin and James Duncan; one niece, Kyah Walker. Tyree had a special bond with cousins, DeAndre, Eric and Aaliyah Hawkins, Erika Jackson, Jovon Basey and Darion Wells; godfather, Marcel Richardson, two best friends, DeQuincy Peterson and Donovan Carter; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. He will be in our hearts until we met again.


Mr. Griffin will lie in repose Thursday, December 31, 2015 12-3pm at Riley Funeral Home, 426 W. St. Joseph St., Lansing, MI 48933.  Funeral service will be held Saturday, January 2, 2016, 11am at Immanuel's Temple System of Church, 5400 S. Martin Luther King Jr., Blvd, Lansing, MI 48917.  Friends and family are welcome thirty minutes prior to service.
