Mrs. Scarborough will lie in repose Tuesday, April 8, 11am-7pm at the Riley Funeral Home. Funeral Services for Mrs. Scarborough will be held Wednesday, April 9, 1pm at the Riley Funeral Home, 426 West St. Joseph Street, Lansing, MI 48933.
