Stacey Raynard Zinn was born February 1, 1956 in Battle Creek, Michigan. He graduated from Battle Creek Central High School in 1974. He relocated to Lansing, Michigan in 1978. He was employed by General Motors, Parts Division and retired in 2006, after 30 years of service. He was the proud father of two daughters, Tiann Buckner and JaLisa Zinn. Stacey was preceded in death by his wife, Myra Zinn and parents, Woodrow and Vassie Zinn. On Thursday, November 1, 2012, the Lord looked down and transitioned our beloved father and brother Stacey Raynard Zinn from labor to reward. He leaves to cherish his memory: loving daughters, Tiann (Harry) Buckner of Alamogordo, New Mexico and JaLisa Zinn of Waterford, Michigan; two precious grandsons, Harry S. Buckner, IV and Tyrus Jaye Buckner; dear brother, Gordon (Monica) Zinn of Cleveland, Ohio; loving sister, Phyllis (Sam) Erebor of Southfield, Michigan; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family and friends, that will miss his generous and loving spirit. Funeral services will be held Friday November 9, 11 am at Riley Funeral Home, 426 W. St. Joseph St., Lansing, MI.
