With deep sorrow, we announce that Samuel "Sammy" A. McClees, 21, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, April 15, 2020. He was born on June 17, 1998 in Lansing, Michigan.

Sammy was funny and easy going. He graduated in 2017 from Lansing Eastern High School where he was a member of the wrestling team. Sammy loved playing games, camping and playing practical jokes. He always had a smile on his face, a big heart and enjoyed large family gatherings.

Sammy was preceded in death by: his beloved father, Jimmy McClees.

Sammy will be missed every day by: his mother, Lucie McClees; brothers, Kim, Michael and Matthew; nephews, Miguel, Daniel and Christopher; niece, Samantha; grandparents, Candelario and Yolanda Duarte; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
