Ruth Mable Davies-Walrath was born on October 2, 1943 to Richard and Rose Davies.
Ruth, age 73 went home to be with the Lord on August 27, 2017. She was preceded in death by: her father, Richard Davies; daughter, Zovon Button.
She is survived by: her former husband & best friend, Phil Walrath; her mother, Rose Davies; siblings, Joanna (Joe) Lutes, Jim Davies, Rosanne (Dave) Krueger; her daughters, Robin Button (George) Goodwin; grandchildren, George (Brittany) Goodwin, Michael Goodwin, Amber Goodwin, Taylor Button; great-grandchildren, Nyasia Goodwin, Julius Goodwin and Dezeray Lewis; numerous nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
She will truly missed and love.
Ms. Ruth Mable Walrath will lie in repose on Thursday, August 31, 2017 from 3-6 P.M. at Riley Funeral Home, 426 West Saint Joseph Street, Lansing, Michigan. Funeral service will be held on Friday, September 1, 2017 at 10:00 A.M. at South Nazarene Church, 401 West Holmes Road, Lansing, Michigan. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the funeral.
