Ross Don Smith, affectionately known as "Kody", was born November 21, 1993 in Lansing, Michigan. He was going to Lansing Community College for business classes. Kody opened his first business, Kody Quality Cleaning, in November, 2014. Kody passed away on December 6, 2014. He is survived by: his mother, Amy Smith; father, Darren Sanders; brother, Joseph Smith; sisters, Jada Smith and Shyla Stephens; grandparents, Don and Pamela Smith and Rita Sanders; uncles and aunts, Otto Sanders, Rodney and Crystal Reno, Ryan Reno, Chad and Carmen Amon, Florita Sanders Winters, Sonya Brantly; and a host of cousins and friends, who are just as close as family. Mr. Smith will lie in repose Thursday, December 11, 6-8pm at the Riley Funeral Home, 426 West St. Joseph Street, Lansing, MI 48933.
