Riley Levon Duncan was born September 8, 1946 in Curtis, Arkansas to Willie Fred and Odiest Oneida Duncan. Riley was a graduate of Peake High School. He moved to Lansing after graduation. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Marvin and Hollis Duncan. Our beloved Riley went home to be with his Lord August 17, 2013. He leaves to cherish his memory: his devoted wife, Ruth; son, Anthony (Christy) Duncan; brothers and sisters, Cora and Fred Duncan, Betty Giles, Gloria (Mott) Walker, Martha (Joe) Miles, Clarence Duncan, Terry (Lisa) Duncan, and Ann (Tom) Douglas; sister-in-law, Carolyn Duncan; as well as an aunt, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Mr. Duncan will lie in repose Thursday, August 22, 3-9pm at the Riley Funeral Home, 426 W. St. Joseph St., Lansing with the family receiving friends 6-7pm. Funeral services will be held Friday, August 23, 11am, at Lansing Church of God In Christ, 5304 Wise Road, Lansing, MI. Interment in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
