Age 51, was born February 18, 1962 in Jackson, Michigan to Joseph and Esther Ragland. He graduated from Everett High School and attended Lansing Community College. Randy was preceded in death by his father Joseph Ragland, Sr.; grandparents, John and Mary Alice Clark, Charles and Ella Ragland. He leaves to cherish his memories, Mother and stepfather, Esther-Bell McGear (Joe McGear) of Albion, MI, 1 sister, Tanja (Tyrone) Simmons of Lansing, MI; 2 brothers, Joseph Ragland of Jackson, MI and Bryan (Jennifer) of Lansing, MI; Nephews, DeVon and Tyrice Simmons of Lansing, MI, and romelle Morgan of Indianapolis, IN; stepbrothers, Joey McGear of Arlington, VA, Stafford Cobb of Lansing, MI; 2 stepsisters, Pam and Kerri Hics of Fayetteville, GA; several aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of friends. Mr. Ragland will lie in repose on Friday, May 17, 2013, 12 - 6 pm, at the Riley Funeral Home, 426 W. St. Joseph Street, Lansing, MI. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, May 18, 11:30 am at Paradise Missionary Baptist, 3403 Franette, Lansing, MI. The family will receive friends 30 minutes prior to the funeral.
