Pearl was born in Henning, Tennessee to Spencer and Lilly Morgan. She grew up and married her high school sweetheart, Ossie Jackson, and they had four children: two boys and two girls.

Pearl worked until she retired after 26 years.

She is preceded in death by: her husband, Ossie Jackson; parents, Spencer and Lilly Morgan; sons, Arthur Jackson and Alfred Jackson. Alfred was the baby of the family and passed away on January 2, 2024.

Leaving behind to cherish her memories are: daughters, Debra Jackson and Gloria Jackson Thomas; grandchildren, Markitwia Jackson, DeAndre (Elores) Jackson, DeMoreray Jackson, Shkeia Scott and Shmarie Coley; 15 great grandchildren, 8 great great grandchildren; sister, Louide Dumas; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends who will miss her dearly.
