Age 67, and passed away peacefully on June 8, 2012. Patsy was a retiree of the State of Michigan, Secretary of State. She was preceded in death by: her husband, Theodore Lee; her parents, Maynard and Lela Merchant; and sister, Peggy Merchant. Survivors include: daughter, Tammy (Craig) Harris; grandchildren, Angel, Autumn, Jazmin and Brittany; and her sister, Paula Aldridge. Friends may visit Mrs. Merchant Friday, June 15, from 3 - 9 pm at the Riley Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Saturday, June 16, 12:30 pm at Friendship Baptist Church, 2912 Pleasant Grove Road, Lansing. The family will receive friends 30 minutes prior to the service.
