February 7, 1925 – September 5, 2022
Nathaniel Bradshaw was born February 7, 1925 in Detroit, Michigan and later relocated to Grand Rapids, Michigan. He then relocated to Lansing, Michigan where he met and married the love of his life, Lee (Austin), they were married for 50 years.
He accepted Christ at a young age and united with Friendship House of Prayer Baptist Church under the leadership of the late Rev. David Ford (under current leadership of Pastor Cassandra Ford).
He retired from the City of Lansing. Brother Bradshaw was a member of Silver Leaf Lodge, I.B.P.O. Elks of the World for 76 years servicing a variety of positions within the organization.
He was proceeded in death by: his wife, Lee; stepson, Butler Brown; mother, Jessie Ward (Williams); brothers, Grover Jr., Norman, Chester, Cedric, and Luther Ward. He leaves to cherish his memories: step-granddaughter, Cassandra Sherry; step-grandson, Butler Brown, Jr. of Lansing; nieces, Vickie Loundmon of Detroit, MI, Josette Tucker, Marita Tucker, Ella Coward, of Lansing, MI; nephews, Eugene and Jawon Baker of Lansing, MI, Scott Loundmon of Detroit, MI; and many other friends and family members.
