Age 54, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, September 4, 2012. He attended Lansing School District and graduated in 1976. He was employed by CATA, General Motors, and Wyeth Laboratories. Survivors include: his sons, Wesley and Christopher Burtley; grandchildren, Ariana Burtley and Donavan Burtley; brother, Albert (Anessa) Johnson, III; nephew, Terrance (Mercedes) Dorty; niece, Angelica Kent; loving companion, Bertha Cager and family; life long friend, Dennis Gino Morrison, Jr.; and a host of other relatives and friends. Friends may visit Mr. Johnson Wednesday, September 12, 9 - 10 am, at the Riley Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, September 12, 11 am, at Deliverance Temple, 625 W. Sheridan Rd., Lansing. The family will receive friends 1 hour prior to the funeral.
