Age 89, was born October 31, 1923, in Arkadelphia, AR and went home to be with the Lord on January 8, 2013. She retired from Michigan State University where she worked at Yakeley Hall for 30 years. She was preceded in death by: her husband of 54 years, Lacy Hudson and sons Earl and Bradley Hudson. Lizzie is survived by five children; Rufus, Elmo (Cathie), Jesterine (John) Quinn, Lacey Ann Deol, and Edward; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Friends may visit Mrs. Hudson Friday January 11, 5- 7 pm at the Riley Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Saturday January 12, 12 pm at Grace of Love Ministries, 2618 South Waverly Road, Lansing, MI.The family will receive friends 1 hour prior to service.
