Jessica Nicole Kelly was born on August 18, 1987 to Yolanda Trevino and Charlie Kelley, Sr. She was a lifelong resident of Lansing, and passed away on August 17, 2021. Jessica attended Everett High School where she later achieved her GED then went on to Career Quest where she became a phlebotomist and caregiver.

Jessica's biggest and best accomplishment in his life was becoming a mother to her son. Her favorite thing to do was take him on shopping sprees and the best restaurants. She loved him dearly and always found a way to give him the world. Jessica also loved cooking and fashion. Jessica had a huge heart for her family and helping everyone.

She was preceded in death by: her parents, Yolanda Trevino and Charlie Kelley, Sr.; grandmother, Maria Concepcion Trevino. She dearly missed her parents.

She leaves to cherish her memory: her loving life partner, Kenrick P'lamar Moore; son, Quintell Devon Foster, Jr.; his father, Quintell Devon Foster, Sr.; siblings, Nicole Kelley of Clarksville, TN, Charlie (LaTasha) Kelley, Jr. of Clarksville, TN, Larissa Kelley of Fort Wayne, IN; loving cousins looked at as sisters, Maria Gray of Holt, MI, Anita Trevino, Victoria Rocha, Korryn Love, Schyanna Hernandez, Esmeralda Hernandez; and many dear aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives, and friends.
