At age 49, Jeffrey passed away peacefully Wednesday, April 11th 2018. Jeffrey was born July 4, 1968 in Lansing, MI to the union of Gene & Lis Zdebski. Jeffrey is remembered by his family and friends as a man of God with a kind heart and beautiful smile.

He was proceeded in death by his beloved parents Gene & Lis Zdebski of Lansing; his biological father, John Harper and his sister Lisa Lehman. Survived by his daughter Tara Zdebski of Lansing; biological mother Linda (Harlin) Miller of Quincy; three sisters: Roberta (Saul) Giminez of Hillsdale, Alicia (Jonathan) Kaja of Spring Lake and Missy Cole of Lansing. Two brother John (Katrina) Harper of Lyons and Mike (Deb) Zdebski of Lansing. And a very loved granddaughter Selina and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation for family and friends will be held Monday, April 16, 2018 from 12-6 pm at Riley Funeral Home, 426 W. St Joseph St, Lansing, MI 48933. Funeral services will be held Monday, April 16 2018 at 6 pm at Riley Funeral Home, 426 W. St Joseph St, Lansing, MI 48933.
