Mrs. Janice Faye Tolbert-Bell , age 60, was born May 30, 1956 in Birmingham, Alabama. Mrs. Tolbert-Bell went home to be with the Lord January 11, 2017. She is survived by her husband, Mr. Clarence Bell. Janice leaves to cherish her memory: one son; four daughters; seventeen grandchildren; one great-grandson; two brothers; two sisters; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Mrs. Janice Faye Tolbert-Bell will lie in repose Friday, January 27, 2017 from 10am-7pm at Riley Funeral Home, 426 West Saint Joseph Street, Lansing, Michigan. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 28, 2017 at 10:30am at Friendship House of Prayer Baptist Church, 4301 S. Waverly Rd. Lansing, Michigan 48911 . The family will receive friends 30 minutes prior to the funeral.
