Ms. Gloria Jean Maffett Stalling was born June 28, 1946, in Lansing, Michigan to Mary Maffett and James Terry. Gloria attended the Lansing School District and graduated from J.W. Sexton High School. She retired from General Motors, after 28 years of loyal service. She was preceded in death by her parents and Kay Wilson, the love of her life. She passed away at the age of 69, on September 2, 2015, in Lansing. Our beloved Gloria will be greatly missed by daughter, Mia L. Jackson of Lansing, Michigan; granddaughter, Miarra L. Jackson of Denver, Colorado; brother, Paul Maffett of Lansing, Michigan; and a host of uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends, including her dog, Axel, who she loved very much.
