Florence Etta Petrosky, age 72, passed away peacefully on July 2, 2015 at the Mother Theresa House in Lansing. She will be remembered for her great humor, kindness, and the gift to cook and her crafting. She was preceded in death by: her sons, Elmer and Ellison Connolly and Marty Duff; father, Dwayne McTaggart, Sr; mother, Stella McTaggart; brother, Elmer McTaggart; sisters, Norma Turner, Laura Hunter, and Sherry McTaggart. She leaves behind: 1 daughter, Christina "Tina" Slee; 3 sons, John Connolly, Timothy Connolly, and Scott Duff; 8 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; 2 sisters, Carol Hill and Julie Arnett; 1 brother, Dwayne McTaggart, Jr.; and too many friends to list. Mrs. Petrosky will lie in repose Wednesday, July 8, 6-8pm, at the Riley Funeral Home, 426 W. St. Joseph, Lansing, MI 48933. Funeral services will be held Thursday, July 9, 11am, at the funeral home.
