Age 81, was born on April 30, 1931 in Lansing, Michigan to Geraldine and Lorenzo Frazier. He went to be with the Lord on December 21, 2012. Billy was employed with Greater Lansing Food Bank for several years. His hobbies included working in his garden and yard, fishing, hunting and especially watching Westerns . Billy was preceded in death by: his wife of 50 years Mary Jean Peaches on October 2, 2012. Billy and Peaches leave to cherish their memory: daughters, Penny and Ashlie Fisher; brother, Richard (Sandy) Frazier, several nieces, nephews and cousins. Memorial service will be announce at a later date.
