Ernestine Wallace was born July 30, 1943, in West-Hermondale, Missouri to Early Sr. and Rosie Trainor. She was the youngest of four children.

She married Tommie L. Wallace in 1965. Together they have a son, Damon D. Wallace. They moved to the state of Michigan in 1965. Ernestine worked for Lansing School District, Farm Bureau Insurance, and Shanora's.

Ernestine love the Lord and was an active member of St. Matthew AME church for over 40 years. Where she was the secretary and a steward.

Ernestine was known for being a loving, kind and giving person. Her soft spoken and gentle spirit will be missed by all that knew her and whose lives she has touched.

Ernestine leaves to cherish her memory: her loving husband of 57 years, Tommie L. Wallace of Lansing; her son, Damon D. Wallace (Angela) of Lansing; her grandson, Darnell D. Wallace of Lansing; and a granddaughter Sharick Jones of Memphis, Tennessee; two great grandsons, Daryon and Draiden Wallace of Lansing; one brother, Fletcher Trainor of Lansing; and a Host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Ernestine was proceeded in death by: her parents, Early Sr. and Rosie Trainor; her sister, Velma (George) Jones; and Early Jr. (Ruth) Trainor.
