Dorothy Mae Pullen born to William West and Cleoda Sanders West on February 19, 1931 in Morley, Missouri, died on February 28, 2019 at McLaren Hospital in Lansing, Michigan. She was the first of 13 siblings.

While a homemaker and employed outside the home, Mrs. Pullen completed her high school education, graduating from Sexton High School.
Dorothy retired from the U.S. Postal Service. She accepted the Lord at an early age prior to moving to Lansing. At Friend Baptist Church and later at Friendship House of Prayer she served on the Usher Board and Women Missionary Society. Dorothy loved her family and captured many memories in photos of special events and family reunions. An avid doll collector and good taste in fashion, she enjoyed shopping and traveling with her good friend, Gloria Davis.
