Mrs. Doris Hanley, age 85, our loving grandmother was born March 18, 1929 in Lansing, MI and went home to be with the Lord on November 30, 2014 after a lengthy illness. Doris was one of four children. Doris was preceded in death by her parents, Hulon Thomas Benson, Sr. and Henrietta (West) Frett, and husband, William Stuart Hanley, Sr. and son William Stuart Hanley, Jr. and daughter-in-law, Janice Hanley, and brother, Hulon Thomas Benson, Jr. She is survived by her sisters, Dorothy Loggins (twin sister) and LouElla Benson, sister-in-law, Ann Benson, and her precious grand-children; Elizabeth and William Stuart Hanley, III (Trey), and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Mrs. Hanley will lie in repose Sunday, December 7, 1-4pm at the Riley Funeral Home, 426 West St. Joseph Street, Lansing, MI 48933. Funeral services will be held Monday, December 8, 12pm at the Church of God International Outreach Ministry, 4125 West St. Joe Highway, Lansing, MI 48917.
