Carlos "Papi" Roman Sr. was born October 13, 1951 in Arecibo, Puerto Rico. Carols is the son of Francisco and Catalina Roman. Carlos has seven siblings: Julia Correa Carrion, Anibal Carrion (deceased), Ana Carrion, Freddie Roman (deceased), Alba Luz Roman-Carrion, Jose A. Roman, Luis "Armando" Roman. Carlos met Rosa and had been married for 47 years. To their union, they have three children: Carlos Roman, Victoria M. (Bernardo) Bordayo, and Frank (Shaleen) Roman; six grandchildren, Valerie Williams, Darrin Roman, Victoria B. Bordayo, Savanna Roman, Sabrina Bordayo, and Kelbi Roman; one, great-grandson; Judah Cruz Williams.

Visitation for Mr. Carlos Roman Sr. will be held on Thursday, November 29, 2018 from 4-6:30 pm at Riley Funeral Home, 426 W. St. Joseph St. Lansing, MI 48933. Service for Mr. Carlos Roman will be held on Friday, November 30, 2018 at 11 am at Maranatha Bi-lingual Assembly of God Church , 927 N East St, Lansing, MI 48906 .
