Anthony "Tony" Michael Wright was born on September 3, 1969 in Alma, Michigan to parents Larry and Suzanne (LaPaugh) Wright.  Tony grew up in Portland, Michigan in a tight knit family with two brothers and many close cousins.  Tony attended and graduated from Portland High School and received his bachelor's degree from ITT Technical Institute. He was employed for 12 years at Cedar Street Electronics in Lansing, Michigan.  Tony loved his family; enjoyed all sports and was an avid University of Michigan (U of M) and NASCAR fan.

After a courageous battle with cancer, Anthony "Tony" Michael Wright passed away on Wednesday, August 24, 2016 at the age of 46.  He was preceded in death by: his father, Larry; grandparents, Norman and Jessie LaPaugh, and Vert and Dorothy Wright.

Tony is survived by: his mother, Sue; brothers, Larry (Kathy) and Rod (Sue); niece, Alivia; nephews, Alec, Brady, and Carson; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
