Mrs. Ann Marie Hoard was born April 11, 1957 in Detroit, Michigan to James and Marion Erngren.

Ann was happily married to her husband Roger for 11 years before his passing in 1996. Ann devoted her life to raising her girls and helping others. She especially loved spending time with her grandkids in the pool, where she passed her love of swimming onto them.

Ann spent 16 years at her second home, as manager of the Bath American Legion. She took great pride in her work and cherished her Legion family. Ann also gave tribute to military veterans as a volunteer for the VFW honor guard.

Ann passed away peacefully on November 19, 2020 with her girls by her side. Ann's kindness and great sense of humor will be missed by all who knew her. She was preceded in death by: her husband, Roger Hoard; her parents, James and Marion Erngren; and her sister, Lynne Osmaloski.

She is survived by: her daughters, Sarah (Bryan) Lewis, Jennifer (Brennan) Powers, Kari (Michael) Clisch; her grandchildren, Delaney, Finn, Addison, and Odin; and her brothers, Glenn (Betty Jo), Dennis (Linda), and Doug (Kathleen) Erngren.

Due to current circumstances, a memorial service will be held at a later date. Ann will be cremated and her ashes will be buried next to her husband, Roger, at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Bath, Michigan.
